Project Introduction
This project is undertaken by Hebei Xiehai Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. using a design + non-standard product supply model for transformation. The main body of the production line is a 180m³ mechanical vertical kiln transformed into a double-beam lime kiln with a daily output of 150t/d. After the transformation, the fuel is acetylene furnace tail gas, supported by a gas pressurization station system. It provides 25 tons of active lime annually to meet the ash demand for its own acetylene plant production.

Solution
Transform the existing mechanized vertical kiln, changing the mixed burning kiln's coal block calcination technology into a double-beam kiln that burns gas. After the transformation, the fuel uses tail gas generated from the acetylene plant, reducing fuel costs, producing qualified products, and can also be used as raw material for acetylene, achieving a circular economy.
